As an alternative to self-service, may I suggest on your tough days that you try our Wash-Dry-Fold service. We'll do everything for you, including unloading and loading your laundry, all with same day service. Just let us know at the front desk and we'll come out to get your laundry. I a regular visitor to your facility. Other than having to lift the heavy stuff which can't be avoided, I don't mind going there. BUT, today I was in a great deal of pain. I have degenerative joint disease and several herniated discs from my neck all the way south. Normally I don't go if I'm feeling this bad, but, sometimes decisions are made for us. I was embarrassed at how much the pain was causing me to moan and stop whatever I was doing to get the pain under control. I was flushed and shaking and just a mess. I realize it isn't the attendants job to jump in and do everyone's laundry, but a little help would have gone a long way. Just a human courtesy to help a bit. The only help I received was from another customer holding the door for me as I was leaving. I was very embarrassed. Otherwise the facility is always clean and pleasant. I've not experienced unknown stains from dirty equipment. Having your own washer is ideal, but, you place is next to that. Thank You
